Volt is immediately hiring Apartment Service Technicians for a property management company in Irvine CA. As a Apartment Service Technician you will: Responsible for keeping the rental properties in excellent condition, both inside and out Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Conduct preventative maintenance on the properties or within the units Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building items Maintain accurate record of daily maintenance records and action items Interact with vendors and suppliers in a professional manner Complete apartment service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion This is a Full-Time Opportunity The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service Maintenance: 2 years (Required) Painting: 2 years (Required) Plumbing: 2 years (Required) Appliance repair: 2 years (Required) HVAC: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) Work authorization (Required) Apartment Industry: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to handle basic accounting fundamentals and concepts Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings Schedule: 5 days a week 9am-6pm Pay Rate: $21-24/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
