JOB DESCRIPTION

Beloveds Foundation is recruiting volunteers for a Graphic Designer to assist us with reshaping our logo and providing a media package for future use. This is a volunteer position that can be modified to fit the volunteers scheduled. This role requires a bit of work upfront to help redesign our logo and some marketing material with a max of 2hrs per month for maintenance support.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Complete duties as assigned;

• Work directly with other volunteers

• Report issues to the Executive Director, preferably with options on resolutions and a clear understanding of the concerns and their respective impact
• Provide grap
• hic design support, including design, development and maintenance of our logos and other visuals

• Assist the Marketing Coordinator with ongoing marketing plans and how to visually represent these ideas and requests

• Personable and professional;
• This role does require Graphic Design professional experience, just a willingness to learn

• Works well with others.

OVERVIEW & ADDITIONAL NOTES

Beloveds has graphics that we would like to have updated, and varied to allow us to provide marketing material, items in our gift shop, social media posts and more. The intent is to encapsulate the spirit of our unique organization but also provide an affection and relatable experience when viewing our logo and other graphics.

This role will be working closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure we have appropriate presence on the different platforms we use. As well, this role might work with our Event Coordinator to help design event specific graphics for a variety of social media and non-social media outlets, such as Chamber of Commerce, blogs, newspapers, etc. And most importantly, this role will report directly to the Executive Director to help create a game plan and execute tasks.
