Job Description

Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for building compelling brands?  Join The Boutique COO, a small business support company based in the Pacific Northwest. We work with a diverse range of clients, from creatives to professional service providers, and we're looking to expand our team with a talented Brand and Web Designer.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating brand identities and designing websites that resonate with our clients' target audiences. You will work directly with clients to understand their vision and transform it into engaging visual concepts that reflect their unique identity.

What You'll Bring:

  • Brand Identity Development: Experience in creating cohesive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual language.
  • Web Design Proficiency: Strong skills in designing user-friendly and visually appealing websites, proficient in platforms such as Squarespace, WordPress, or Wix.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Ability to approach design challenges with innovative solutions that align with client goals.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and design concepts.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and detail to ensure high-quality design outputs.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and clients to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly in branding and web design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Reliable access to a computer and internet.
