Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and climate-control units throughout commercial properties.
2. Performing regular maintenance work on cooling units, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
3. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
4. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
5. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
6. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
7. Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
8. Assisting with customers' queries.
9. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
10. Ensuring all installations are done in accordance to the set standards.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician.
2. Proven experience with cooling, air conditioning, boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, repair, HVAC installation, refrigeration, and motors.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems, including their design, installation, and care.
4. Valid driver's license.
