Communications & Marketing, Digital Senior Associate / Vice President

New York or San Francisco

The Role

This is a full-time role based in New York or San Francisco. Sixth Street is seeking a strategic thinker with digital marketing expertise, preferably within alternatives, wealth management or financial services, to work across the Sixth Street platform and contribute to the ongoing build of the firms Communications and Marketing function.

This role will be responsible for helping to drive Sixth Streets digital marketing strategy, covering organic and paid social media, SEO and firm websites, ensuring alignment with the firms business goals and brand strategy.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with the Communications and Marketing team to drive Sixth Streets digital strategy, covering organic and paid social media, SEO and firm websites
• Support the creation and publication of targeted digital content across platforms, ensuring alignment with the firms business goals and brand strategy
• Lead the development of a comprehensive digital content calendar, ensuring a coordinated and strategic approach
• Contribute to the development of new digital assets, including infographics, videos, social media cards, etc.
• Drive digital reporting initiatives by analyzing data, identifying key learnings and measuring impact to inform strategic decisions
• Manage social media monitoring, analysis and reporting to provide updates to key stakeholders
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to manage the firm websites and ensure alignment the firms brand strategy and best practices
• Establish and manage digital agency partnerships
• Stay informed of the evolving digital landscape and continuously enhance digital marketing strategies by identifying new channels and mediums

Preferred

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic track record
• 8+ years of digital marketing experience at an agency or in-house, ideally with exposure to alternatives, wealth management or financial services
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools and workflows
• Extensive knowledge and experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns on LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc.
• Proficiency with digital and social media tools, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.
• Deep understanding of digital content and SEO best practices
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective digital strategies for executive social media presence
• Experience and success in creating and managing digital content calendars
• Critical thinker who utilizes excellent judgment in decision-making
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; effective at prioritizing competing demands and meeting deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including as it pertains to digital platform copywriting
• Strong attention to detail when composing and proofing materials
• Great interpersonal skills; builds and maintains strong relationships

Compensation

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $225,000. The base salary offered to the selected candidate will be commensurate with a candidates relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by Sixth Street in its sole discretion.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package. Benefits offered currently include health, life, long-term and short-term disability insurance and a 401(k) plan. In addition, this role is eligible for paid public holidays (NYSE calendar), paid sick days pursuant to local laws, and additional reasonable time off subject to manager approval.

If a job offer is extended for a location other than New York or San Francisco, the salary range may differ based on the location.
