Job Type: Full Time 

Core Responsibilities:

• Own and manage month-end close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Manage payroll processing and associated reporting
• Handle HR-related duties such as onboarding, compliance, and benefits coordination
• Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and ensure GAAP compliance
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support operational decisions
• Foster a customer-first mindset in all finance-related interactions
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift 

Pay: $40–$50/hour (DOE)

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus on month-end close
• Background in AP/AR, payroll, and HR functions required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
• Experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric, team-oriented mindset
• Self-starter who can take initiative and operate independently
