Corn Sorter – Rushville IN

\n Job Specifications:
\n- Job Type: Seasonal – runs through approximately October/November
\n- Location: Rushville, IN 46173 
\n- Pay Rate: $15.89 per hour. Paid weekly
\n-  Shift: 1st shift. Monday-Saturday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Shifts may end earlier once location is more fully staffed.
\nEligible for a $500 end-of-harvest attendance bonus.
\n
\n Roles and Responsibilities:
\n- Sort and grade corn based on quality and size.
\n- Supervise corn sorting at individual sorting conveyors.
\n- Differentiate between good and bad quality corn on the cob.
\n- Identify defects and remove defective products from conveyor belts.
\n- Look at it and choose to put it back on the conveyor or route it elsewhere if it doesn't meet quality
\n
\n Qualifications & Skills:
\n- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
\n- Proficient in English to communicate effectively.
\n- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.
\n- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience preferred.
\n- Previous experience in agricultural roles is a plus but not required.
\n- Have a HSD or GED
