The Call Center Customer Service/ Sales Representative s a hybrid role designed to improve the Customer Experience by limiting transfers and consulting additional service lines on every call. thes role combines the main queue duties of a Customer Service Representative and the Sales goals of a Sales Consultant.

Customer Service/Sales Representative Duties

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and service to customers.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the appropriate systems .
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Demonstrating a working knowledge of all service lines by pivoting quickly between service lines to generate lead opportunities.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics, including call quality (Call Audit Report Scores) customer satisfaction and productivity.

Customer Service Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision- making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to 11934 Barker Cypress Rd Cypress TX 77433

Sales Consultant

The ideal candidate can consult on ABC's services and utilize closing strategies to sell subscriptions for ABC's service lines. This candidate can pivot form offering leads to providing quotes and closing business.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing a working knowledge of our service lines to offer advice to customers on their service subscriptions
• Comfortably combine probing questions assisted by online tools such as Google Earth, Evolve and Zillow to build specific service strategies for customers homes.
• Using closing strategies to book appointments and sell agreements for services customer's are inquiring about as well as service pricing.
• Build proposals in Salesforce to submit to customers for approval
• Participate in ABC campaigns such as outbound calling and lead chasing for a particular service line.
• Meet sales goals and metrics set by management

Requirements

• Being available in the queue to receive and manage sales leads
• Being present in the office to communicate with management and sales team for training and campaigns.

Pay: Hourly rate plus commision and bonuses
