Job Description:

What you'll be doing:

• Perform forensic analysis of digital information and gather and handle evidence.

• Identify network computer intrusion evidence and perpetrators.

• Experience monitoring network systems for security breaches, investigates violations when they occur.

• Establishes secure system configuration baselines and monitors changes.

• Applies system hardening best practices to workstations and servers.

• Administers security systems such as: Data Loss Prevention, Encryption, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanners, IDP/IPS devices, and Enterprise System Management Technologies.

• Ensures servers and workstations are scanned for viruses and performs removal procedures.

• Implements O S security updates and patches management for all domain systems. ​

Hours of operation:

M-F with possible shift work.

What you'll need:

• BA/BS, 4+ years experience

• TS/SCI Clearance

• Certifications: Must have one DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (i.e. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, or SSCP) and one CSSP-Analyst certification (i.e. CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA Security, CySA+, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, Cloud+, SCYBER or PenTest+)

The likely salary range for this position is $56,950 - $77,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
