Reddit, Inc. seeks Director, Treasury in San Francisco, CA.
Job Duties: Lead the Treasury functions day to day operations with internal and external stakeholders. Supervise a Treasury Manager who will manage cash investments, cash forecasting and other funding and capital market transactions. Lead the investment of Reddits excess cash. Analyse capital markets opportunities such as share repurchase, dividends and other funding transactions. Create strategy for and execute approved capital market initiatives. Monitor financial risks such as foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and develop appropriate hedging strategies. Prepare and provide market and financial updates to C-level executives. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Reddit offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Finance, Statistics or closely related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Corporate Treasury; (2) Investment Banking; (3) Financial Risk Management; (4) Financial Modeling; (5) Financial Statement Analysis; and, (6) Investment Management. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Reddit offices may be required.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. The base pay range for this position is: $272,334.00 - $325,500.00 USD
