What You'll Do - Keep it Clean! Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Be a Dishwashing Dynamo! Work efficiently with high-powered dishwashing machines, especially during busy shifts, so every item is ready when needed.
- Maintain the Kitchen Sparkle. Keep floors clean, trash emptied, and stations organized for a safe and tidy environment.

Requirements Physical Requirements - Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift or more.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests.
