Mastery, Autonomy, and Purpose is our goal for every member of the team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Drill Operator located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Drill Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating drilling machinery for various infrastructure and residential construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and collaborating with the project team to ensure timely and accurate completion of drilling tasks.
