If you don't check every point above but still feel like you could successfully do the work, we encourage you to apply!As a Team Member at Cushing Terrell, you will*...Proficient in Autodesk MEP Revit, Auto CAD, Bluebeam, Outlook, Microsoft OfficeAdvanced understanding of all systems and their advantages, disadvantages, costs, and efficienciesLead project interviews for specific projects and possess a skill set to prepare fee proposals and negotiate contractsAssist in business development, identifying and developing market opportunities and participating in project interviews for firm wide projectsAct as Engineer-in-responsible-charge, including making technical decisions in the respective field, reviewing, stamping, and signing Construction DocumentsSchedule project and related workloads and represent Cushing Terrell in project meetings and assist in strategy meetingsCheck drawings and prepare feedback to project teamDirect activities of workers and consultants engaged in preparing drawings and specification documentsManage financial aspects of contracts (billing, fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with clientBe responsible for executing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws including interviewing and training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining team members, addressing complaints, and resolving IssuesProvide leadership, communications, training, mentorship, continuous assignments, and feedback to team membersBe a resource/advisor for continuing education topics/needsTake an active role in professional development*The majority of the time, a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist, and reach. On occasion, individuals will be required to visit a client site to perform site verifications and field surveys.Your payThe salary for this position is based on the location/s posted.
