Events Manager – Central Pennsylvania

As the nation’s largest window replacement company, we’re looking for a high-energy Events Manager to take charge of our events strategy across Central Pennsylvania. You’ll be the driving force behind our events program—researching, booking, and executing home shows, festivals, and fairs that generate leads and elevate our brand. You’ll recruit, train, and manage a team of event specialists and showroom staff, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. From logistics to leadership, you’ll own the full events lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

Research, register, and coordinate logistics for high-impact events across the region

• Lead event setup, breakdown, and transportation of promotional materials
• Track budgets, approve expenses, and ensure maximum ROI from events
• Set and monitor lead generation goals in partnership with regional and corporate teams
• Engage directly with customers at events to schedule in-home consultations
• Create a positive, high-energy culture that celebrates success and drives performance

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience (event management preferred)
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for 8–10 hours
• Willingness to work Thursday–Monday, including weekends and events alongside your team
• Experience in the home improvement industry is a strong plus
