About the Role
We are seeking experienced Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) to join our nationwide team. As an FRM, you will play a critical role in helping patients gain access to life-changing specialty medications by working directly with provider offices across your assigned territory. This is a field-based position with heavy travel—typically visiting practices 4 days per week.

What You’ll Do
Partner with healthcare providers, office staff, specialty pharmacies , pharma sales reps and marketing, to navigate access and reimbursement challenges for specialty drugs.
Serve as an expert in prior authorizations, benefits investigations, appeals, and denials.
Provide education and training to provider offices on access pathways, reimbursement programs, and payer policies.
Help patients overcome barriers by supporting co-pay card approvals, patient assistance programs, and foundation funding opportunities.
Stay up to date on FDA indications, payer policy changes, ICD-10 coding, J-codes, and reimbursement guidelines.
Manage escalations and ensure providers have the resources they need for successful reimbursement outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
The best candidates will have outside territory management or provider office visits experience, PLUS all of the below :
2–5 years of medical reimbursement experience (specialty drug focus preferred).
Deep expertise in:
Specialty drug prior authorizations through portals
Benefits investigations
Medicare (especially Part D) , Medicaid , and Commercial Payors
Appeals and denials
1–4 years of experience in:
Escalations and provider education
Commercial co-pay card programs
Patient assistance program approvals
Foundation coverage and guidelines
A proven ability to train, educate, and influence provider staff.
Strong computer literacy (MS Teams, PowerPoint, web meeting platforms).
High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred (experience highly valued, some departments require a bachelor's degree).

80% travel across your assigned territory (by car and/or flight).
Typically Mon–Thurs in the field visiting provider offices.
Fridays remote, focused on administrative tasks.
