Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Concept and create engaging content for all Twins stakeholders across different media channels (social media, TV broadcast, in-stadium, website, paid digital, publication layout and internal department needs).

Work within established core brand guidelines to produce cohesive content for all departments within the organization.

Manage multiple projects in a timely manner and communicate with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and project objectives are met.

Execute high quality design files and package deliverables for production.

Participate in brainstorming/conceptual discussions to share new content ideas and perspectives.

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, working knowledge of InDesign or animation is a plus.

A portfolio showcasing design work throughout a range of medias and sizes.

Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to execute high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to accept critique/feedback from peers and stakeholders.

Time Commitment: January 2026 - October 2026.Hours: 40 hours/week.Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.Applications Closing: September 29th. (Subject to change based on candidate volume; early submission is encouraged)
