Summary: A global financial services organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of IT Sourcing to support the transformation of its Sourcing & Procurement function. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a background in procurement operations. The VP will lead key initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement across sourcing and procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead project management and execution of strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives. Coordinate planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement for transformation projects. Deliver project status updates and reporting using standardized templates and communication tools. Manage a portfolio of procurement projects, including change management and impact measurement. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to assess current and future state processes. Document business requirements and support adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies. Prepare strategic business analyses and presentations for senior leadership. Support the development of team processes, procedures, and PMO-related priorities. Qualifications: ~7-10 years of experience in strategic project management within a procurement or sourcing function. ~ Strong knowledge of procurement operations and technologies (e.g., Coupa, Ariba). ~ Experience with project management tools and working with internal tech teams and external consultants. ~ Background in banking, finance, management consulting, or corporate planning preferred. ~ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. ~ Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
