Summary:
Responsible for managing lease records and property accounting functions for a portfolio of commercial or residential properties. Ensures accurate financial reporting, lease compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lease data and track critical dates (renewals, expirations, escalations).

• Review and interpret lease agreements; support lease audits and compliance.

• Prepare CAM reconciliations and respond to tenant inquiries.

• Perform monthly financial reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Manage AP/AR, rent rolls, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Reconcile property expenses, taxes, and insurance; support audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in lease administration or property accounting.

• Proficient in property management/accounting software (Yardi, MRI, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
