Position Type: Administration/ Business Manager Date Posted: 5/27/2025 Location: Concept Schools Marketing Account Management: Serve as the Marketing Account Manager, working with our creative team to oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials to our network of 40+ schools as well as internal departments and programs. This includes handling request intake, working with the client and Marketing Director to set strategy and direction for each project, writing copy and design briefs for our creative team, and managing file delivery and change requests. School/Regional Office Training and Collaboration: Act as a strategic advisor to school and regional personnel, providing training and assistance with social media, email, and other marketing initiatives being run on a local level. Email Marketing: Lead strategy, development, and optimization of email campaigns, including list segmentation, email copy and content, and campaign performance analysis. Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategy for all Concept Schools channels, setting goals for growth and engagement, and overseeing content creation and distribution across channels. Will also build templates and strategies for social media managers operating accounts within our schools. Reporting: Lead marketing analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and regular reports to leadership. Position Description The Marketing Account Manager will help lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing and communications strategy for our growing network of over 40 public charter schools. The Marketing Account Manager will collaborate with leaders in our schools as well as members of our Marketing and Creative team to implement communications and marketing strategies that reinforce brand awareness, encourage engagement, and drive school enrollment.
