*Licensed Massage Therapist / Physical Therapy Aide*

Oasis Medical and Surgical Wellness Group is seeking a *Licensed Massage Therapist / Physical Therapy Aide* to join our growing, multidisciplinary team. This unique dual-role position supports both our physical therapy and wellness services, offering a well-rounded opportunity for professionals passionate about patient care, rehabilitation, and holistic health.

*Responsibilities:*

*Physical Therapy Aide Duties*

* Assist physical therapists with delivering individualized treatment plans
* Support patients during therapeutic exercises and activities under supervision
* Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas
* Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising therapist
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
* Provide exceptional support and customer service to patients throughout their therapy sessions

*Massage Therapy Duties*

* Perform professional, high-quality massages within scope of practice and licensing, including but not limited to: Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone massages
* Customize each session based on individual client needs and treatment goals
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records
* Foster a comfortable, welcoming, and professional environment
* Educate clients on the health benefits of regular massage and recommend ongoing wellness plans
* Promote overall wellness and healing through therapeutic bodywork

*Qualifications:*

* *Current and valid state license for massage therapy*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist (preferred)
* Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus
* Bilingual - English & Spanish
* Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient environments
* Strong understanding of patient care, physical therapy protocols, and wellness principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
