Our client is a real estate firm. They seek a temp Recertification Administrative Assistant to join their Bronx, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Collect income certifications from the tenants and process this information to generate annual recertifications
  • Liaise with tenants and property managers to ensure timely submission of information and completion of the recertifications
  • Verify income information received from the tenants as per the program regulations, and enter the data into Yardi
  • Upon completion of the recertifications, secure tenants’ signatures
  • Review and maintain the tenants’ files according to the program requirements

Responsibilities

  • Previous recertification experience
  • Tax credit and HUD background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized with keen attention to detail
  • Skilled in Yardi
