You can live anywhere on the East Coast of FL or on the West Coast of FL because we have a few different client companies who are all looking to hire Regional Nurses or Regional Director of Clinical Operations for different regions in Florida. We will call you to discuss the regions with you before sharing your resume with them to ask which ones would be of interest to you. If you live in South FL you are local to one company for sure!!
Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire opportunity for a Regional Nurse Consultant (RNC). The RNC will be responsible for all clinical oversight of a Long Term Care company with Skilled Nursing Facilities in your area. Traveling to SNF locations, working closely with the Director of Nurses and other clinical leadership in the buildings to improve the quality of care and clinical outcomes.
Two of our client opportunities for a RNC are being called a "regional nurse consultant" role but reports directly to the CEO/COO, working hand in hand with the VP of Operations to be responsible for all clinical operations, at the corporate level. You would be the highest clinical corporate leader for the company so your role is more similar to a CNO or VP of Clinical operations.
Compensation
We will ask you the least acceptable salary you would need to make a change. That number comes from you, we will let the client know your salary requirement when sending your resume to them.
