RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or 3-5 Years related experience in Process Engineering, or in a PCB manufacturing.
- Proven experience in chemical process engineering, preferably in the PCB manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes such as etching, plating, and surface treatment.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and environmental regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CAD tools and process simulation software is a plus.

This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
