Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative)
As a Veterinary CSR , you’ll be the friendly face and calming voice that welcomes our clients and their pets. Your role is essential in creating a warm, organized, and efficient experience from the moment clients walk through our doors or call on the phone.
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients warmly and check them in for appointments.
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide basic information.
Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
Relay messages and prescription requests to veterinarians and techs.
Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well-stocked.
Provide emotional support and compassion to pet owners.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling software.
Passionate about animals and dedicated to client care.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
Veterinary Assistant
As a Veterinary Assistant , you’ll support our doctors and technicians in providing high-quality, compassionate care to pets. From assisting in exams to patient handling and treatment prep, your hands-on role helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Assist veterinarians and technicians with exams and procedures.
Restrain animals safely and compassionately.
Prepare exam rooms and surgical areas.
Clean and sanitize equipment and kennels.
Monitor and care for hospitalized or recovering patients.
Support the front desk when needed during peak hours.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as a veterinary assistant or similar role is a plus.
Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Able to work weekends and flexible shifts.
