Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer located in Colleyville, TX. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, advising clients on loan options, and assisting them throughout the mortgage application process. Responsibilities include evaluating financial histories, coordinating with underwriters, ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the loan process. Qualifications Experience as a Loan Officer and knowledge of the mortgage industry Expertise in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to provide exceptional client support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred Experience with mortgage software systems is a plus Additional Information Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance and Sales This role offers a competitive salary range of $126,000.00 to $189,000.00, with opportunities for growth.
