VP of Sales - Lead Our US Market Expansion

The Opportunity

Help transform how financial institutions engage with their customers. We're looking for a trailblazing VP of Sales to lead FileInvite's U.S. expansion, with a focus on commercial lenders and financial institutions.

This opportunity enables you to be the driving force behind launching and scaling our sales efforts in the U.S. building the team, landing key accounts, and laying the foundations for long-term growth for a high-growth SaaS platform that has already earned the trust of leading commercial and mortgage lenders, credit unions, and financial services firms around the globe.

Based in Denver (or willing to travel), you'll work directly with senior leadership to define and execute the U.S. sales strategy while building and nurturing a high-performing sales team. Your expertise will help cement FileInvite as the preferred platform for document collection in lending, creating positive change for both financial institutions and their customers.

Your Impact

  • Define and execute the U.S. sales strategy to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Hire, onboard, and lead the initial U.S. sales team.
  • Own the whole sales funnel from pipeline generation to close while building scalable processes.
  • Personally manage and close strategic deals, especially early in-market development.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and become a trusted advisor to the C-suite.
  • Work closely with marketing on demand generation campaigns and sales enablement.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership to influence roadmap based on U.S. market needs.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track success and improve accountability.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture grounded in our core values
  • Represent FileInvite at high-profile industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements

What You Bring

FileInvite believes great sales leaders come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. While the following qualities are important, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every criterion:

  • Deep knowledge of the lending, mortgage, or fintech space, including customer needs and regulatory considerations
  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ in a leadership role
  • Series A/B startup experience. You must be comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with limited structure and shifting priorities
    Proven track record of growing new markets, landing key accounts, and building high-performing teams
  • Experience selling to U.S. mid-market or enterprise clients (ideally financial services or fintech)
  • Strong command of sales operations, forecasting, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote-first company
  • Current passport and availability to travel to meet role commitments
  • Experience in a high-growth international SaaS company, ideally during U.S. market expansion (preferred)
  • Based in the Denver area or open to regular travel there for team, client, or market engagement (preferred)
